Serving since 2023
Christy has lived in Carriage Hills since 2023 with her family. She has served on the HOA ever since, covering the roles of Crime Watch Committee Chairperson, Vice President and now as President elect.
Christy has a professional background in Marketing, Project Management, Strategic Administrative Support and Event Planning. She is an SMU Alumni. She is also a graduate of the Plano Citizens Police Academy (class #70) as well as member of the PCPA Alumni Association.
Mark Klapper | Vice President
Serving since 2002
Mark has lived in Carriage Hills since 1996 and served on the HOA multiple times as President, Vice President and Beautification Chair. He is semi-retired now, but has worked previously with the City of Plano on various projects that had both direct and indirect impact in our neighborhood. On a major transportation initiative in the early 2000s, he was appointed by then Mayor Pat Evans as her representative for the Transportation Task Force. They effectively defeated the Spring Creek Parkway Overpass agenda.
