As a homeowner in Carriage Hills you are already a member of the Association. HOA dues are voluntary and paying them does not obligate you to any level of participation. HOA funding is necessary to help keep Carriage Hills a desirable neighborhood to live and our annual dues are extremely reasonable.
Please note: payment of dues is required to be eligible to vote on Board Membership or for votes that are for expenditure of HOA funds.
Annual dues are due by December 1st of each year. If you are new to the neighborhood you will only be required to pay a prorated amount. Send us an email for the amount. For your convenience you can now pay your annual dues for the Carriage Hills Homeowner's Association online.
