National Night Out 2025

Published August 29, 2025

We had an amazing turnout at last year’s National Night Out, and we’re excited to make it even bigger and better this year!

Mark your calendars:

📅 Tuesday, October 7, 2025
6:00 – 8:00 PM
📍 Far East Cul-de-sac on Sage Brush

This year’s celebration will feature:

  • A food truck (likely tacos 🌮 — and yes, the first 50 residents to arrive will get a coupon for a free taco!)

  • Popcorn & cotton candy for the kids (and the kids at heart)

  • A special visit from the “Munster Koach”, just in time for Spooky season

  • Planned visits from Plano Fire & Police (lights & sirens included!)

  • Street closure for a safe, family-friendly evening

  • Giveaways throughout the night

Stay tuned to our website, email updates, and social media for the latest announcements.

NEW IN 2025! Sponsorship Opportunities

If you are a CH resident with a business or organization that would like to support this year’s event, sponsorships start at $150. Sponsors will be recognized with signage at the event and in all event communications.

To arrange sponsorship, please contact:
📧 deborah@texashomesnetwork.com

We can’t wait to see everyone come together for another night of fun, food, and community!

The legal stuff we’re obligated to say…
Carriage Hills Homeowners Association is a registered non-profit entity. Any partnership or sponsorship agreement with vendors in connection with National Night Out, or any other community event, is limited solely to the scope of that event.

The Association does not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for any products or services offered by participating vendors. Participation by a vendor is not, and should not be construed as, an affiliation or ongoing partnership with the Association beyond the specific event.

Residents who choose to engage with vendors outside of the event do so on their own accord and at their own discretion.

Meet Deborah Hayes

I have lived on Sage Brush for almost 8 years. I have enjoyed being on our Board for 6 of those years, serving one year on the membership committee and 5 years on the Social Committee. My role is to create fun and engaging activities for our neighborhood to meet with others and have fun celebrating Holidays and City events. I would love for others to join the Social Committee this year; new ideas and suggestions are always welcome!
