“This is my third year serving on the CH HOA and my second year on the Board as an official elected leader. When we moved into this community in 2023, I knew that participating in the HOA was a great way to give back to this beautiful neighborhood and get to know our neighbors!”
Mark Klapper | VICE President
Mark has lived in Carriage Hills since 1996 and served on the HOA multiple times as President, Vice President and Beautification Chair. He is semi-retired now, but has worked previously with the City of Plano on various projects that had both direct and indirect impact in our neighborhood. On a major transportation initiative in the early 2000s, he was appointed by then Mayor Pat Evans as her representative for the Transportation Task Force. They effectively defeated the Spring Creek Parkway Overpass agenda.
