Recent News

In Summer 2025, we implemented a multi touchpoint communications campaign to distribute our most recent neighborhood newsletter. The campaign was designed to reach as many Carriage Hills residents as possible, by way of several different methods of communication including email, social media, word of mouth and delivering hard copies to every residence in our area. The newsletter included information regarding the ‘25-’26 Board Elections, upcoming social events, and a reminder about membership dues. This campaign was immensely successful as we saw a record attendance for our National Night Out social event on October 7. We are anticipating a record number of voluntary membership dues to be submitted this year and will continue to strategize how best to reach our residents regarding neighborhood related information going forward.

‘25 - ‘26 Dues

➡️ Please be on the lookout for your dues invoice in the mail, they were distributed as of November 14, 2025.
