Your HOA Board needs your help
Our Annual Meeting is an important time to come together as neighbors. During this meeting, we’ll review HOA activity from the past year, share updates, and hold Board Elections. Each household is entitled to one vote in the election process.
Why Your Participation Matters
Your HOA Board works on behalf of the neighborhood — but we really can’t do it alone. We are asking residents to consider stepping up and joining the Board in some capacity this year. Over the past two years, only one new member has joined, and we would love to see fresh involvement and new perspectives this year.
Who Can Serve? Any dues-paying resident may run for a Board Officer position or serve on a Committee.
Treasurer Note: For continuity, the Treasurer role is typically filled by someone with at least one year of prior Board experience.
Commitment: The time requirement is minimal — about 1–2 hours per month, sometimes less. Board meetings are held every 2–3 months and usually last about 90 minutes.
Nominations & Elections
We will announce nominations at the meeting, and elections will be held that evening. To serve on the Board, members must be current on their HOA dues.
This is a wonderful opportunity to give back to our neighborhood, meet more of your neighbors, and help guide the future of Carriage Hills.
