Join us for an old-fashioned neighborhood gathering at the Carriage Hills Fall Fest on Saturday, October 17 from 3:30–5:30 PM at the Sage Brush Cul-de-Sac.

This year, we’re bringing a little more fun to our Annual HOA Meeting with an afternoon designed for the whole neighborhood. Come enjoy an ice cream truck, complimentary snacks, lawn games, fall festivities, and a special display of the Munster Koach model car!

Fall Fest is also an important opportunity to connect with your neighbors, learn more about what’s happening in Carriage Hills, and participate in our Annual HOA Meeting and 2027 Board Elections.

Several Board positions will need to be filled for the coming year, so we especially encourage residents who are interested in getting involved, sharing new ideas, or helping shape the future of our neighborhood to attend and learn more.

We’ll also be highlighting Carriage Hills residents who own local businesses, provide services, or have something unique to share with the community.

Whether you’ve lived here for decades or are brand new to the neighborhood, we hope you’ll join us for an afternoon of connection, community, and fall fun.
